"I have been a state farm customer for over 20 years and they have not missed. I relocated to DFW in 2017 and my previous agent referred to Krystal Smiths office. When I tell you I didn't feel the “change” the staff was friendly organized and courteous. Krystal is approachable and knowledgeable. No matter what issue I have there is a solution for it. I absolutely love the personable feeling of the staff. I have several policies with state farm and I am pleased. I'm giving 5 stars because that's the most I can 🤣 Definitely worth it 🌹"

"Krystal's team has taken care of me for 2yrs now. Yesterday, Rikayla and Maria helped me. They each stated that they're new. I appreciate that they let me know that they're new and that they didn't know everything. Despite those facts, their customer service was still impeccable. Krystal thank you for training your team to have great customer service. Aside from Chick-fil-A, that is rare these days. Thank you all for what you do to keep me insured in my townhome.
