"I have been a state farm customer for over 20 years and they have not missed. I relocated to DFW in 2017 and my previous agent referred to Krystal Smiths office. When I tell you I didn't feel the “change” the staff was friendly organized and courteous. Krystal is approachable and knowledgeable. No matter what issue I have there is a solution for it. I absolutely love the personable feeling of the staff. I have several policies with state farm and I am pleased. I'm giving 5 stars because that's the most I can 🤣 Definitely worth it 🌹"

"Krystal's team has taken care of me for 2yrs now. Yesterday, Rikayla and Maria helped me. They each stated that they're new. I appreciate that they let me know that they're new and that they didn't know everything. Despite those facts, their customer service was still impeccable.
